The earliest document, an Abstract of Title is dated 1926, which refers back 1875. Within the deeds are a large number of photocopies which relate to the adjacent barn conversions in 1984. A special thanks to the present owners David and Lindsay Armstrong for allowing access to the following documents. The last document is from the deeds of No.2, which the present owner Jenny Kask granted permission to be copied.

Dalkeith Deeds 001: Eleven large attached sheets containing an Abstract of Title plus two fragile plans of the Malin (Dalkeith) Estate dated 1926.
